Alphabet Soup is an interactive, animated children’s literacy book app with a touchscreen program for higher use (schools, libraries, etc.). This was the second part of a social issue user-centered design project, in which I chose the issue of illiteracy in America. For this part, I chose to center my design around the root of illiteracy, and how it starts young.

Along with an app, I created a touchscreen program, which could be installed in schools, libraries, or anywhere where there is an objective of helping children to read. This would be a helpful alternative to the regular Ipads or tablets app while keeping the children stimulated with the touch screen aspect.
